Arthur Tunnell was named president of Calay Systems Inc. He succeeds Peter K. Maeussnest, who was appointed managing director of Calay Systems Worldwide. Tunnell joined Calay in June as vice president of sales and marketing. Previously, he held management positions with Computervision, Valid Logic, HHB Systems and MCS. Calay, based in Irvine, makes automated systems to design and manufacture printed circuit boards.
