Christopher H. Graham was appointed vice president, finance, and chief financial officer for Calay Systems Inc. He succeeds Barry Sugden, who left the company. Graham had been controller and chief financial officer for ACI America, Newport Beach, before joining Calay. Before that, he spent 4 years at CalComp as group controller. Calay, based in Irvine, makes automation systems for designing and manufacturing printed circuit boards.
