Zenith National Directors OK Buyback of Its Stock

Zenith National Insurance, a Woodland Hills workers’ compensation insurance company, said its directors have authorized the company to buy back up to 1 million shares of common stock.
Zenith, which has about 21.5 million shares outstanding, said the repurchases will be made periodically on the open market or through private transactions.
