Educator Quitting Post
WASHINGTON — Scott Thomson, executive director of the National Assn. of Secondary School Principals, announced Tuesday that he will step down from his post at the end of 1989. Thomson, 58, who has headed the nation’s largest organization of school administrators since 1980, did not disclose his plans.
