Macmillan Inc. will sell its Gumps, Katherine Gibbs Schools and Technical Schools units, it was announced by British media tycoon Robert Maxwell, who recently acquired the New York-based publishing company. Maxwell said he is planning no other divestitures aside from those previously announced. He did not estimate proceeds from the sales.
