Lorimar Telepictures Inc. announced that it has agreed to sell its two Puerto Rican television stations to an investor group led by Timothy Brumlik of Orlando, Fla., for an undisclosed price. Lorimar’s interest in the two stations, as well as its ownership of a third station in Pittsburgh, has prevented the Culver City-based company from moving ahead on its agreement to be acquired by Warner Communications Inc. of New York, in an exchange of stock and debt valued at about $1.2 billion. Lorimar has previously announced plans to sell the Pittsburgh station.
