Joseph W. Keating was appointed president of the Merck Pharmaceutical Manufacturing division, a newly formed unit that will handle worldwide pharmaceutical manufacturing for Rahway, N.J.-based Merck & Co. Alfred H. Link was appointed senior vice president for the unit’s North American operations.
