Campbell will be responsible for the planning and implementation of programs with the city’s recently created redevelopment agency and will report to City Manager Morris Vance.
Campbell has extensive management experience with several major companies, including vice president of marketing and sales for NAPP Systems in San Marcos from 1973 to 1978. He owns Buena Vista Business Systems and is a director of the Boys’ Club and the Vista Chamber of Commerce.
