Fish Report : Cold Makes for Brisk Rainbow Trout Action at Irvine Lake

The recent cold weather has made for hot fishing at Irvine Lake, where large rainbow trout have been keeping fishermen busy.

Steven Burke of Westminster trolled a Rapala to catch a 12 1/2-pound trout, while Steve Peeler of South Gate nearly matched it with a rainbow weighing 12 1/4 pounds.
