Local News in Brief : Placentia : Seat Open on Traffic Safety Commission

The City Council is seeking applicants for a vacant position on the city’s Traffic Safety Commission.
The commission reviews traffic-related matters in the city and meets at 7:30 p.m. on the third Monday of each month. The term for the open position expires June 30, 1990, city officials said.
Applications are available at the city clerk’s office at City Hall, 401 E. Chapman Ave.
City residents interested in serving on the seven-member commission should submit an application by Jan. 27, 1989. The council will review applications and announce the appointment at its council meeting Feb. 7.
