Del Webb Corp. said it has not had time to evaluate an unsolicited $17-a-share proposal Tuesday by a group led by Los Angeles-based Calmark Financial Group. Webb, which also reported that it expects to report a net loss of about $9 million for 1988, said: “As soon as (Webb) receives sufficient information on the group, in particular its financial ability to carry out the proposal, we will respond as appropriate.”
