* Susan L. Vance and Richard A. Weiss have been elected senior vice presidents of TSA Capital Management, the institutional investment management subsidiary of TSA. TSA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Los Angeles-based CalFed. Vance continues as the director of the futures trading department. Weiss will continue to develop investment strategies.
