Cincinnati Bell Acquires Utah Telemarketing Firm

CINCINNATI — Cincinnati Bell Inc. has completed its acquisition of Nice Corp. and has purchased all the outstanding stock of the Ogden, Utah, telemarketing company, executives said.
Nice will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell, said spokesman Kyle Hill.
Nice offers a full spectrum of telemarketing services. It has pioneered development of computer software designed for telemarketing.
