Cincinnati Bell Acquires Utah Telemarketing Firm

Cincinnati Bell Inc. has completed its acquisition of Nice Corp. and has purchased all the outstanding stock of the Ogden, Utah, telemarketing company, executives said.

Nice will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell, said spokesman Kyle Hill.

Nice offers a full spectrum of telemarketing services. It has pioneered development of computer software designed for telemarketing.
