WASHINGTON —
Marginal changes in house prices, interest rates and family income left home buyers with virtually the same purchasing power in November as in October, the National Assn. of Realtors said today.
The association’s monthly housing affordability index was at a measure of 112.9 in November, compared with 113 for October.
