Why Must the Y Be Changed?

Share

I can’t pretend to understand the financial situation concerning a joint YMCA and YWCA facility in Pasadena, but it always seems to need major changes. Why? (Times, Dec. 12).

Some of us who need the Y use swimming to stay limber as we age.

Others need a safe place to live.

Youngsters need a safe place for after school.

Why not just use the “Ys” as much as possible as they are?
