American Commerce National Bank in Anaheim posted record annual net income of $1 million, a 17% increase over $858,000 earned the previous year. Revenue rose 17% to $10.5 million last year from $9 million the previous year. For the fourth quarter, the bank reported net income of $25,000, a 7% increase over $23,000 in earnings the previous fourth quarter. Quarterly revenue grew 4% to $2.7 million from $2.6 million the previous year. At the end of December, the bank’s assets were $83.5 million, a 10% increase over $75.6 million a year earlier. Total deposits rose 10% to $76.1 million at the end of the year from $69.3 million a year earlier, while the loan portfolio grew 16% to $65.6 million from $56.4 million.
