Work Begun on San Pedro Hotel
Work is under way on the $22-million, 232-room Sheraton Harbor View Hotel in the Beacon Street Redevelopment Project area of San Pedro.
A project of Beacon Street Hotel Associates, whose managing general partner is Goldrich & Kest Industries, the hotel was designed by the Nadel Partnership, with interiors by A.T. Heinsbergen & Co.
The hotel is scheduled to open in the winter of 1990 at 601 S. Palos Verdes St.
