Metropolitian Life Buys Escondido Apartments

Club Pacifica Apartments, a 264-unit garden apartment complex at 9th Avenue and West Valley Parkway, Escondido, has been purchased by Metropolitan Life for $16 million from Ninth Avenue Venture, increasing the insurance firm’s apartment portfolio in the Southland to nearly 2,000 units.
