Shopping Cart Peril

It is getting to be impossible to walk or to ride in most cities of Orange County without bumping into shopping carts. They are everywhere. They are very dangerous to pedestrians and drivers.

Let that be our New Year’s resolution: Don’t leave carts everywhere.
