Lillian Gish has given $10,000 to Bowling Green State University, her third major gift to the Ohio school in three years. The money goes into an endowment fund for special activities and programs at the school’s Dorothy and Lillian Gish Film Theater. The theater is trying to raise $250,000 to hold a retrospective film series and expand its film and library purchases.
