Larry R. Holt has been appointed American Telephone & Telegraph general business systems customer service vice president in Santa Ana. His newly created position is part of a nationwide restructuring by the company. Holt has held AT&T; managerial positions in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado and New Jersey. He came to Santa Ana recently from AT&T; headquarters in New Jersey, where he was director of sales operations for general business systems.
