Reagan Picks Duberstein’s Wife for Education Panel

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan has appointed Sydney Duberstein, the wife of White House Chief of Staff Kenneth M. Duberstein, to the National Council on Vocational Education, the White House announced Wednesday.
