MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING SAGS
The number of building permits for multi-family housing issued during the first 11 months of 1988 sagged 26% contrasted with the same period of 1987. Although most of the drop took place in the county’s unincorporated areas, Santa Ana, Laguna Beach and Irvine also recorded large decreases.
