If anyone is well-qualified to speak for the Jews in the world, Klutznick is certainly the one.
His wisdom and depth of understanding of the Palestinian-Israeli problem, and the clarity of his message were certainly refreshing and encouraging.
I hope and pray that his words will pierce the ear of President George Bush here and Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir there.
