Private Care for the Retarded

As a former regional center counselor I want to applaud your series. The system is fraught with problems. Let me also share, however, that I know there are individuals as well as organizations outside the state hospital system that care deeply for the retarded citizens they serve and have supported and achieved successful community placements.
