Kraft to Sell Airline Food Service Business

Kraft Inc. announced that it intends to sell its KraftSage airline food service operation to Stillman Acquisition Co. and Greenberg Acquisition Co.

The price was not disclosed.

KraftSage Chief Executive Sheldon Stillman and President Gary Greenberg formed the acquisition companies for the purpose of buying the business.
