Honeywell Bull Inc., a joint-venture computer company, said it is changing its name to Bull HN Information Systems Inc. to reflect its new direction and larger French ownership. Last month, French-based Bull SA acquired an additional 22.6% of Honeywell Bull, bringing its stake to 65.1%. Minneapolis-based Honeywell Inc. now owns 19.9% of the joint venture, while NEC Corp. of Japan holds a 15% interest.
