‘Embarrassed’ by Council Actions
It’s getting to be highly embarrassing to admit that you live in Monterey Park.
You shudder when you read the San Gabriel Valley section of The Los Angeles Times. Here we go again.
The article (Times, Jan. 19) about our three women on the City Council, shows that they aren’t adult enough to be able to communicate with each other in private and have to resort to letter writing.
Maybe they are in the wrong profession. Councilwomen Judy Chu, Betty Couch and Pat Reichenberger should admit their mistake and resign from politics.
