5 Injured in Head-On Accident; Driver Held

A driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Saturday morning after his pickup truck hit a car carrying four people head-on in Granada Hills, Los Angeles police said.
The pickup’s driver, Greg Bilson, 24, of Chatsworth, was taken in critical condition to Northridge Hospital Medical Center with cuts and internal injuries. The driver of the car, Jui-Wan Tsai, 22, of Sepulveda, was transported to the Northridge hospital in critical condition with similar injuries.
The three passengers--Martin Lin, 29; Linda Hung, 21, and Jannie Chang, 20--were taken to Rancho Encino Hospital with various injuries.
Police said the accident occurred when Bilson crossed the center line on Devonshire Street near Andasol Avenue at 1:20 a.m. Saturday.
