Katersky Financial Buys El Monte Shopping Center

Katersky Financial in Woodland Hills said it bought the 400,000-square-foot El Monte Shopping Center in El Monte for $33.5 million from The Alexander Haagen Co. in Manhattan Beach.

Katersky Financial owns and manages 19 Southern California shopping centers for investors.
