Robert S. Nolin was appointed manager of the North Hollywood branch of TransWorld Bank, the principal unit of TransWorld Bancorp in Sherman Oaks.

Nolin, a University of Southern California graduate, joined the bank in 1983 and most recently was assistant vice president and branch administrator at the bank’s Woodland Hills office.
