Controversy Over Gun Control Laws
I can only echo “bravo, bravo!” to Davis for his timely and profound column.
As a state senator his excellent writing on the subject of firearms and gun control, as well as other Sacramento “stalemates,” was both forthright and truthful in content.
I agree with Davis’ statement, “I find the ‘all or nothing’ approach of opposing advocates on this issue personally disgusting.” He has hit the nail on the head with his statement, and it would be wise if we all echoed these words!
I can only add that the predators upon our land, whether young or old, male or female, are the guilty ones to deal with, not the guns themselves.
