Latino Housing Group Sponsors El Sereno Units
A Latino nonprofit housing group, El Pueblo Community Development Corp. of Los Angeles, has started construction on Casa Guadalupe Apartments, a $2.4-million, 22-unit complex for low-income families at 3910 Guardia Ave., El Sereno. Completion is scheduled in December.
Rents for the 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units will range from $359 to $540.
Gangi Builders of Glendale is the contractor and Togawa & Smith of Santa Monica is the architect.
