Artesia : Interim City Manager Is Named to Job Permanently

The Artesia City Council has hired Lois O’Sullivan as city manager. O’Sullivan has served as interim city manager since August, when Eugene Romig resigned. O’Sullivan has worked for the city about four years, and served as assistant city manager before being promoted, City Clerk Pam McDaniel said. The City Council is scheduled to approve the details of O’Sullivan’s contract at its Feb. 27 meeting, she said.
