Fluorocarbon Co. completed the previously announced purchase of Dixon Industries, CHR Industries and Bunnell Plastics from TI Group PLC, London, for $86 million. Sales of the three acquired companies totaled about $60 million last year. Fluorocarbon, based in Laguna Niguel, produces polymer products for industrial markets.
