Parking
Why, oh why, doesn’t the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power make its large parking lot available to the patrons of the Music Center? Recently, when all three theaters of the center were playing, there was a monumental traffic jam of cars trying to get into the few available lots--while the DWP lot was empty. Is the city against making money?
