Toll 13 in French Blast

French authorities said Thursday that at least 13 people died when an office building in the Mediterranean city of Toulon collapsed in a suspected gas explosion.

Rescue workers pulled out a 13th body after working through the night following the explosion Wednesday in Toulon, about 450 miles southeast of Paris, police said. Thirty-six people were injured in the blast.
