Pacific Bell has appointed Susan Swenson vice president of customer services for Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Imperial counties. She will be responsible for the operations department and residence and small-business marketing. Pacific Bell recently combined the three departments. Before her appointment, Swenson was vice president, consumer market, in Pacific Bell’s administrative center in San Ramon, Contra Costa County.
