The national average gasoline price rose 0.25 cent over the past two weeks, according to the Lundberg Survey. The average cost of a gallon of gasoline, including taxes and types of pumping service, was 98.78 cents for the week ended Feb. 17, said Trilby Lundberg, editor of the survey, which polls 12,000 gas stations. At self-service pumps, average national prices per gallon were 88.45 cents for regular unleaded; 104.62 cents for premium unleaded and 85.14 cents for regular leaded, Lundberg said. At full-service pumps, the regular unleaded average price per gallon was 118.52 cents a gallon; 130.17 cents for premium unleaded and 115.04 cents for regular leaded, according to the survey.
