Incomnet Buys Stake in Coupon Newspaper

Incomnet, a Westlake Village company that has primarily operated a computer network for junkyard owners trying to locate used auto parts, said it has bought a majority stake in a Houston coupon newspaper.

The company said it bought 51% of Coupon Bonanza, which is mailed directly to homes in Texas. Incomnet said it expects the newspaper to generate about $1 million in revenue.
