Dimension Cable Services, which serves about 100,000 customers in south Orange County, has announced that its monthly basic rate will be going up $2 effective April 4.
In conjunction with the rate hike, Dimension Cable will be expanding the number of basic service channels. The rate increase will help offset the cost of the increased programming and other operating expenses, according to General Manager Richard Anderson. The current basic rate is $16.95 per month.
Dimension Cable Services, headquartered in San Juan Capistrano, is a division of Times Mirror Cable Television.
