Cosmonauts Eat High on Space Station

What do you feed a hungry cosmonaut?

The Soviet news agency Tass suggests the fare aboard the Mir space station is so out-of-this-world that it would bring water to the mouths of earthbound gourmets.

“Some dishes are so exquisite that lovers of gourmet food on Earth would be glad to have them,” the news agency said last week. “These include chicken paste with plums, sturgeon with jellied sauce, processed fruit and all kinds of juices.”
