Medstone International Signs Lease in Spectrum

Medstone International Inc., Costa Mesa, has leased 42,115 square feet of office and industrial space in Irvine Spectrum from the Irvine Co. The five-year lease is valued at $2.1 million, according to Burke Commercial Real Estate, Irvine, which represented Medstone.
