LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from March 3, 1989
Raymond D. Sykes has been named a senior vice president and manager of City National Bank’s new regional office in City of Industry. Sykes, 45, has spent 20 years as a commercial banker in California and he was most recently a regional manager for First Interstate Bank. The new office, which will serve the San Gabriel Valley, will be opened officially on March 8.
