Commercial Scene : Partnership Buys 130 Acres in Ontario

A partnership of the Lusk Co., Mission Land Co. and Messenger Investment Co. has acquired 130 acres from Chevron Land & Development Co. for $18.6 million and will develop the property with light-industrial, retail and commercial facilities as the California Commerce Center North.
The acreage encompasses the eastern portion of the 667-acre mixed-use Ontario Center and is all of the industrially zoned property assigned to that development.
