Commercial Scene : Ground Broken for Centertpointe Phase

Ground has been broken for the $37-million, third and final phase of Centerpointe La Palma. A seven- and three-story office buildings, restaurant, retail complex and three-story parking structure will be built at Orangethorpe Avenue and Valley View Street in La Palma.

Centerpointe is a joint venture of MONY Real Estate Investment Management of Irvine and Birtcher of Laguna Niguel.
