Commercial Scene : Palmdale Business Park Construction to Begin

Construction is scheduled to begin in April on High Mesa Business Centre, a $10-million master-planned industrial/commercial park in Palmdale at Avenue P and 12th Street East.
Developed by Dunn & Associates of Woodland Hills, the 18 warehouse and manufacturing buildings will be the “largest speculative industrial project ever built in any Antelope Valley municipality,” according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services, which is handling the sales and leases. Completion is targeted for the fall.
