American Pacific Unit Seeks Construction Loan

American Pacific Corp. said one of its subsidiaries is negotiating a term loan for up to $92 million for the construction of the unit’s new ammonium perchlorate plant in Iron County, Utah.
The company is negotiating with Security Pacific Bank Washington N.A.
