Former Sen. Howard H. Baker Jr. has returned to the board of MCA Inc., Los Angeles. A U.S. senator from Tennessee from 1966 to 1984, Baker previously was a director of the entertainment giant from Jan. 4, 1985, to March 2, 1987, when he resigned to become chief of staff to President Ronald Reagan.
