A convicted burglar assigned to make sandwiches for late night workers at the California Institute for Men at Chino escaped by climbing a fence after excusing himself for a restroom break. Authorities believe Jose Luis Anaya, 27, is probably headed south to his hometown of San Diego, said prison public information officer Oliver Green, who added that Anaya is considered dangerous. Anaya was described as five feet, eight inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with an olive complexion, black hair and brown eyes. He also has several tattoos on his body.
